Create team progress overview

How do I track my team's learning progress?

1) If I am a team leader and would like to monitor the progress of my team, I can click on the "Team development" tab in the admin area.

5) A dialog box then opens in which I can search for and select the people I want. If I have accidentally selected the wrong person, I can remove them again under "Selected users". (Don't forget to save!)

8) In the team overview that I have just created, I can now see data on the progress, activities and average learning time of my employees.

9) If I scroll down a little with the mouse, I can also see the data for each individual team member.

13) If other people, for example an HR employee, can observe the progress or are left behind as a reference person, so-called "observers" can be added to the teams.
