Team development

How do I track my team's learning progress?

1) As an administrator, team overviews can be created to track the development of the individual teams. First click on "Team development".

5) A dialog box then opens in which I can search for and select the people I want. If I have accidentally selected the wrong person, I can remove them again under "Selected users". (Don't forget to save!)

8) In the team overview that I have just created, I can now see data on the progress, activities and average learning time of my employees.

13) If other people, for example an HR manager, can observe the progress or are left behind as a reference person, so-called "observers" can be added to the teams.
