Define grow background

How do I define the background on Grow?

5) Tip: I can define different backgrounds for each target group within a Grow environment. To do this, simply assign a corresponding Grow posting to the "Header Banner Stream" within the desired target group. The image, the title and the short description of the Grow content are then used as the background image and as introductory sentences for the selected target group.
