Replace files

What is the best way to replace a file?

1) Select the "Upload new version..." option via the file's three-dot menu. This way, as a manager, I can prevent the participants' personal notes from being lost by not simply deleting the old file and uploading a new one separately - but by adding a new version of the file directly.

2) Publish the newly uploaded file version.
3) Switch to the preview and go to the content via "Continue learning".

4) For participants who have edited the previous document (e.g. marked texts, added notes...), a personal copy of the old version is now automatically created and played out in addition to the new file.
