Create surveys

How can I collect feedback from SurveyMonkey surveys?

1) If I want to get student feedback on my course, I can add a SurveyMonkey survey to MaxBrain. To do this, I first open the content tab in the affected course. (Note: The poll feature is not available on all versions of the platform.)

2) Next, I'll add a new section.

3) A window will pop up where I can choose the type of section. This is where I'm going to select the poll section.

4) Once the survey section is created, I can select a survey from the existing templates and add it to the course. (Note: The survey must have already been created on SurveyMonkey and saved to MaxBrain as a template)

5) In this overview, I can now set up the survey. For example, a description and thank you text can be added to be displayed to participants once they have completed the survey. Here I can also open the survey so that it can be answered. I can also already determine whether the survey should be closed on a certain date. Otherwise, I can manually change it from open to closed afterwards.

7) If everything is correct and the survey is ready to be completed, the section can be made available to participants via the "Publish" button.

8) I can choose to publish the section immediately or on another day. If desired, participants can be notified via e-mail when the section has been published.

9) Haven't many people taken part in the survey yet? At the touch of a button, you can send a reminder to these people directly from the section.
