How do I add new users to the platform?

2) The first function, “Add New User,” is designed for adding individual users. You must enter at least the “First Name,” “Last Name,” email address, and language to create the new profile. Note: This does not yet send an invitation or a password email granting access to the platform—that must be initiated in a separate step. This allows you to add new users at your own pace and manage them as desired (e.g., assign them to modules and Grow) before they receive their login credentials.

To do this, download the “User Import Template” with a click of the mouse.

This allows you to assign modules directly to the entire user group from the import.

This field is for verification purposes and can be closed afterward. Note: Existing users are displayed separately. The Excel import can therefore also be used to assign existing users as a group to specific modules.
