How do I add new users to the platform?

1) There are two functions in the 'All users' tab: 'Add new user' and 'Import user'.

2) The first function 'Add new user' is suitable for adding individual users. Enter at least 'First name', 'Last name' as well as e-mail and language to create the new profile. Info: This does not yet send an invitation or password e-mail with access to the platform - this must be triggered in a separate step. This allows you to add new users and manage them as desired (e.g. assignment to modules & Grow) before they receive their login.

5) We recommend importing a maximum of 250 users per Excel sheet. Here too, it is important to fill in at least 'email', 'firstName', 'lastName' and 'language'.

7) Confirm the action with 'Save'.OPTIONAL: Modules can be searched for and filtered when uploading. This allows modules to be assigned directly to the entire user group from the import.

8) Finally, the completed import is displayed. This may take a moment (varies depending on the size of the import). The field is for checking purposes and can be closed afterwards. Info: Existing users are displayed separately. The Excel import can therefore also be used to assign existing users as an entire group to specific modules.

9) Tip: The entire user administration can be considerably simplified with course administration. Automations are possible for all actions on our platform, such as logging into modules and Grow as well as sending password emails. The integration of a course administration with our learning platform is usually done quickly, please contact our Customer Success Team at any time!
