The Milestones 2020 - our year in figures

2020 was a challenging year in all respects. As a young company, we're proud of what we've accomplished in the last twelve months. 2020 was not just a year of Zoom meetings, Microsoft team calls and microphones on mute. We would like to look back at some exciting numbers and events.

In a year of constraints and uncertainty, it became clear to businesses and educational institutions alike that educational content needed to be available digitally. Through our technology, we were able to help quickly. We integrated Zoom into our learning platform on short notice so that classroom training could take place virtually. We also helped institutions continue their operations without interruption with our Corona emergency assistance package. In many cases, projects were launched directly and budgets were allocated to make sustainable adjustments to business models. It quickly became apparent how every crisis is always an opportunity for change and innovation. As a result, our work was reported in national media such as NZZ, SRF Eco, Handelszeitung and Blick.

Valuable experiences from the spring became an integral part of our future way of working. Today, digital educational content must be personalized and easily accessible digitally. With our platform, we are able to create a learning environment at short notice and in an agile manner, which is ready for use in no time thanks to user-friendly handling. This is at the heart of everything we do and is MaxBrain's ultimate goal, which has also manifested itself in the encouraging business results. A look at the users shows that our technology is already scalable at the push of a button: four times more customers training and educating six times more users via MaxBrain. This means that our technology is increasingly being used by larger institutions and companies. In order to manage this growth and to better address customer needs, we will further optimize our internal processes next year and meet customer needs even better with innovative products.

We were able to double our team this year and at the same time improve the quality of our service. More resources will enable us to continue to focus on high quality and innovation in 2021. Feedback such as from Chris Kohler, fire protection expert and head of the AFC Academy, motivates us to consistently work on our customer orientation.

Before we say goodbye to the Christmas break after this intensive year, we would like to thank all our customers for the trust they have placed in us. We look forward to further joint and, above all, innovative cooperation in the new year.

Merry Christmas, relaxing holidays and a happy new year!
